Class iPad

Hi all. Some of you may have seen that we got a class iPad this Friday. No doubt this will be a great learning tool once we unlock its potential. I would suggest that the teacher may become the student and the student become the teacher when it comes to this new technology. Bring on the learning!

This post was the first of many from our iPad. I have included a couple of photos taken and edited using the iPad (the scruffy looking hound is Kalu and the black lab is her cousin Poppy).

Brand new to cyberspace!

Hi all Did you know our very own Miss Dick is a bit of a computer wiz?

 Well if you didn't (or even if you did) you should check out her very own and brand spanking new website designed especially for you! That's right this site has been designed for students (and more specifically Balmac students).

 The school's computer routers and cabling are getting a major overhaul over the term break so (fingers crossed) when we start term 2 we will have ultrafast broadband that is... well, ultra fast!

Hi everyone. Just a heads up that next Wednesday April 10 we will be having a class photo. So shine your shoes, iron your collars, brush your teeth and comb that hair. If we all work hard we could look as cool as the class in this photo!
